Mid-Term Exam Schedule

- Exams count 25% of the semester average.  Exams will not be rescheduled except for emergency or medical reasons; Please call office if the student is going to miss an exam.

- There will be no checkouts or phone calls during the exam schedule.  Students are expected to attend school for the entire day and will stay with assigned group for entire testing period.

 - Students should pay all school fees prior to first exam, including lunch, library, etc.

 - Students may be exempt from exam for ½ credit classes and do not have to attend school during that exam period if they meet the following criteria:

• 3 absences (95-100 average)

• 2 absences (90-94 average)

• 1 absence (85-89 average)

- Any student who has attained perfect attendance in an individual subject and has a passing average will be exempt from the mid-term exam.  The cut-off for attendance for the exemption policy will be the last school day before the exam is scheduled.
